Refund Policy

Because all DisegnoBianco products are digital downloads and instant-access templates, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once access has been granted.

All sales are final.

Memberships

If you purchased a membership and have not yet accessed your templates, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at hello@disegnobianco.com and we will review your request on a case by case basis.

Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain full access until that date.

Exceptions

We will always make it right if:

  • You were charged twice for the same product
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not accessed it
  • There was a technical issue preventing you from accessing your templates

In any of these cases contact us at hello@disegnobianco.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.

European Union

In accordance with EU consumer rights, digital products are exempt from the 14-day cooling off period once the download or access has begun and you have given prior consent to this condition at checkout.
